binaries

Accreting white dwarf binaries display a wide range of temporal variabilities. LOFT will be
particularly suited to explore fast-to-moderate time variations of different subtypes of
systems over a wide energy range and to monitor long term X-ray variations. Examples of
open issues that LOFT can address will be given.
