Information for the speakers

In order to ensure a smooth transition between talks in what is quite a 
packed schedule, we would like to ask all speakers to pre-load their 
presentation to a conference laptop before the session in which they are 
due to speak.  We will have a Macbook Pro equipped with Acrobat/Preview 
(for pdf files, the lowest risk option), Keynote, OpenOffice and Powerpoint. 

You can upload your talk to the conference laptop during any of the breaks 
in the meeting, by contacting the LOC member at the front of the conference hall.    
Someone will be available from 8 a.m. every morning.  
We will have USB drives available for file transfer.   
Please upload your talk as early as possible in case there are any problems.
